Your experience in the Collision repair industry has led you to this! Full time, permanent Estimator position available now at our site in Mile End.

So, who can be an Estimator at SMART?

• Automotive repair industry experience, including Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, Technician and Dismantling are all highly regarded.
• We don’t expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars, but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.
• You’ll also have good computer skills. While we train you with our in-house systems, you’ll already have the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.
• A proven ability to work within timeframes, while working with, and motivating the production team to produce quality outcomes.
• Our roles are full-time and permanent, so you must have full AU working rights.
• Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
