At Gemini Ballarat, we pride ourselves on maintaining a well-organised and pristine automotive repair centre, located just 10 minutes from Ballarat Central. Our dedicated team of 15 specialists focuses on small to medium repairs, offering strong, long-term support from day one. We also provide ample on-site parking for your convenience.

We are seeking a Vehicle Estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our expanding collision repair network in Victoria. We offer competitive remuneration for the right candidate with relevant industry experience. Collision repair experience is essential, and this is a long-term role with genuine opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicle repairs in line with industry targets and procedures.
• Complete quotes both onsite, offsite, and online.
• Perform arrival inspections, including damage mapping and vehicle imaging.
• Coordinate parts orders to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
• Manage supplier communications for any additional authorised work.
• Ensure all vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition.
• Hand over completed repairs to customers with confidence and care.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in the collision repair industry (Essential).
• A strong focus on safety and quality.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
