Shipstone Accident Repair Specialists in Windsor is an I-CAR Gold Class repair facility, committed to the highest standards of repair for prestige vehicles. They are accredited by 9 OEM brands: Lamborghini, Porsche, Audi, VW, Jaguar/ Land Rover, Bentley, Skoda, and Nissan GTR.

Everyone in the team is fully trained and supported to provide excellent results for customers. The team is also backed by state-of-the-art technology, for the greatest quality of repairs. The site is close to Brisbane CBD and easy to reach by car or public transport: 600–700 m from Albion Train Station, Abbotsford Road and the M7.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Estimator to join the dynamic team at ShipStone Windsor, QLD!

This role will see you perform a variety of tasks including creation of estimates of damaged heavy vehicles using IBodyshop. Consulting and updating customers of progress of their claim and repairs status and the ability to utilise and learn Electronic Part Catalogues for manufacturers.

Role Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
• Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
• Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
• Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
• Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
• Hand over completed repairs to customers.
