Key Position Functions:

• In conjunction with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Sales and Production, establish and prepare cost and delivery estimates based on approved manufacturing methods.
• Initiate and maintain department estimate files.
• Review customer purchase order special requirements.
• Adhere to all Company and customer production and delivery requirements, policies, specifications, special requirements and procedures.
• Establish manufacturing lead time allowances and maintain standard costing for product line and accessories.
• Establish and maintain manufacturing estimates, deliveries, cost controls and records on standard and special products.
• Review customer specifications and special requirements for customer orders.

Preferred Candidates Will Possess a Combination of the Following:

• Recommended 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Related post secondary education is an asset.
• Experience working within an SAP environment or similar ERP is an asset.
• Experience with database management is an asset.
• Independent thinking, strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good general computer operation skills and basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in roles that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
