The Estimator is responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and customer requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and take-offs for lumber, building materials, and related products. This role ensures competitive and profitable bids while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders, and internal sales teams. Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area is important. Working in a team environment is also very important. Some weekend hours are required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
