Estimators are responsible for evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that we have all the necessary information to develop a winning bid for new commercial construction. Estimators must thoroughly prepare concrete construction estimates that address footings, poured walls, flatwork, and Post-Tension design elements. Our work includes multi-family, hotel, religious, medical office buildings, and industrial projects within North & South Carolina.

What you'll do:

• Evaluate bid specs and drawings to build winning proposals
• Develop detailed, concrete estimates (footings, walls, flatwork, post-tension)
• Build strong GC relationships and manage full bid submissions
• Balance speed and strategy because accuracy meets urgency here

What you'll bring

• 
  A degree in construction management (or equivalent field experience)
• A knack for reading drawings like a second language
• Skills in PlanSwift, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
• A proactive mindset and sharp communication style
