ROLE DEFINITION:

Dealing with all the aspect of E&I Estimation , Electrical lighting & small power, Cables, Lightning protection, Earthing, MCT, Fire & gas, Fire suppression, Telecom for Modular Technical buildings

Support E&I design team

RESPONSIBILITY

1.Bid Specification compliance

1. Vendor clarifications
2. Timely completion of estimation
3. Optimized bid solutions in line with client Budget
4. Design/Construction/completion support

ACTIVITIES

1. Review of client specifications and preparing E&I costing

2.Preapring technical queries /clarifications to bid documentation

1. Attending Bid clarification meetings

4.Switchboard/Distribution Board sizing, Evaluating Vendor Offer, BOM

1. MCT selection sizing and associated pricing
2. Initial Design of Fire & gas/fire suppression system as per bid

documents and associated pricing

1. Review of vendor quotations and preparation of TBE

8.Coordination with other disciplines

MEASUREMENT METRICS -PERFORMANCE

1. Timely submission of costing
2. Estimation accuracy
3. Estimation Optimization

QUALIFICATION Graduate Engineer (BE/B. Tech EE) EXPERIENCE YRS Min 5 years
