Job Description

• Review tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings for data center projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical, mechanical, and civil components.
• Liaise with design, procurement, and project teams to gather accurate pricing and technical information.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Analyze project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and incorporate them into estimates.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Participate in bid clarification meetings and value engineering discussions.
• Update and maintain a database of historical project costs, supplier rates, and estimation tools.
• Support post-tender negotiations and handover of successful bids to project execution teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to data center infrastructure.
