In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering major transport infrastructure projects across NSW, this role will see you lead the estimate assurance for the development and delivery of complex projects that improve connectivity and create lasting benefits for communities. You'll have the opportunity to be part of projects from concept through to delivery while working with a broad range of stakeholders and contributing to the successful delivery of strategic infrastructure outcomes.
You will lead the delivery of project estimating outcomes that ensure value, efficiency, and service improvements in a fast-paced and complex environment. Managing project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder relationships, you'll ensure project estimates are accurate and aligned with project scope, risk and schedule and in line with organisational objectives.

About you
Your leadership, stakeholder engagement and estimating expertise, developed across infrastructure, engineering, construction, transport, or other project-based industries, will see you excel in delivering accurate estimates for complex projects, overcoming technical and operational challenges, and driving outcomes that meet customer, community and business needs. Your ability to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions and foster collaboration will contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure initiatives.
You're recognised as a resilient and influential leader, skilled at building strong relationships, navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering results. Experienced in estimating large-scale projects and contracts, you bring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
