Job Purpose

EVA (Estimating Value Assistant) is T.EN’ Global Estimating Tool, developed to standardize, centralize, and optimize cost estimation activities across Tenders, Contracts, and Projects. It enables consistency, accuracy, and traceability in estimating processes, and supports strategic decision-making and forecasting.

The Estimating Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the adoption, business alignment, and continuous improvement of EVA, used globally by T.EN’s Estimating teams.

Working closely with estimators and business stakeholders, the Business Analyst helps collect and analyze business needs, monitors tool usage and value, and contributes to ensuring EVA effectively supports cost estimation activities across all business cases.

This role bridges the gap between business and product teams, by translating operational needs into product insights, and supporting the Product Analyst and Product Owner with usage data and feedback loops.

The Estimating Business Analyst also contributes to the tool’s evolution by documenting and qualifying business requirements, helping assess business value, and improving user engagement.

While not responsible for product ownership, the Business Analyst plays a central role in ensuring that what is built aligns with what is needed, and is actually used.
