Key Responsibilities:· Generate and acquire new commercial clients through direct territory sales and follow-up calls.· Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.· Utilize excellent communication skills both in-person and over the phone.· Stay organized and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
What We’re Looking For: We need courteous, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. You should be comfortable working independently, traveling between job sites, and handling some minimal paperwork.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
