Opportunity

Our Kohler Waters Spa team at Burr Ridge offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and provides an oasis of tranquility in the heart of a bustling Windy City neighborhood.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Providing quality, professional services for clients in accordance with approved standard operating procedures – both technical and non-technical skills
  
• Achieving consistency in all services and standards, communicating with clients to gain a full understanding of their needs prior to every appointment
  
• Maintaining order and cleanliness at all times including proactively preparing work areas, completion of assigned side duties, and ensuring proper care of the work area, tools, linens and equipment
  
• Mastering and executing the knowledge of spa services, amenities, and service standards
  
• Continually upgrading technical knowledge and skills to maintain state-of-the-art quality services
  
• Serving as an engaged and positive member of the operation
  

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Hours vary between 8:00am and 9:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in licensed field
  
• Participates in new hire service training and/or mentoring
  
• Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs) Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead

The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors.
