At The Lash Lounge we pride ourselves on our proprietary training approach to healthy lash extensions which focuses on the health and care of our guests natural lashes. The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE WANT ON OUR TEAM:
We are are looking for Lash Stylists who are team oriented and eager grow fin their craft! We seek a self-motivated, friendly and responsible Lash Stylist who understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions, enjoys working with people, and has a passion for training and delevopment. This position is critical to the success of the salon and contributes to the positive reputation and overall culture that is conveyed to each and everyone of our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Guest Experience: This is at the top of our list of importance at The Lash Lounge. We aim to provide the highest level of experience for our guests by showcasing a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services and ancillary services to include lash & brow tinting, lash lifts, and facial threading
- Manage training responsibilities & assists with stylist certification process for future team members
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommends exclusive after care products
- Understands ands promotes products and memberships
- Generates new clientele through our amazing referral and leads programs
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment and assist with the cleanliness of the salon
- Assist with promotional events at the salon or outside the salon to help market the salon and build the brand
- Other duties as prescribed
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license in Illinois
- Customer service focused with emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Exceptional attention to detail & ability to personalize each service
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays as required
- Reliable Transportation
