Como Você Vai Gerar Impacto

  • Apoiar processos administrativos da área de Employer Branding.
  • Auxiliar na criação e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra.
  • Dar suporte ao controle de pagamentos, notas fiscais e documentação.
  • Apoiar o cadastro e a gestão de fornecedores da área.
  • Auxiliar nas solicitações e envio de brindes para ações da equipe.
  • Contribuir para o acompanhamento de contratos e processos internos.
  • Dar suporte a eventos, feiras de carreira e iniciativas com universidades.
  • Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis.

Seu Perfil

  • Cursando Administração de Empresas, Relações Públicas, Relações Internacionais, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
  • Interesse por atividades administrativas, organização e controle de processos.
  • Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Inglês intermediário ou superior.
  • Espanhol intermediário ou superior será considerado um diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para estagiar no período da manhã e atuar em modelo híbrido, com um dia presencial por semana em Guarulhos (flexível).
