Responsabilidades:

• Apoiar no mapeamento da jornada de processos e na criação de relatórios;

• Contribuir com análises e sugestões de melhoria contínua de processos;

• Acompanhar timelines de projetos de ativação e inativação de ambientes de clientes);

• Interagir com o time no acompanhamento da evolução dos projetos

• Acompanhar controles e atualizações no Smartsheet;

• Monitorar KPIs e apoiar na construção de planos de ação junto ao time.

Qualificações:

• Cursando ensino superior em Engenharias, administração de empresas, TI (Gestão de TI, Projetos, Dados) ou áreas correlatas

• Desejável conhecimento em Pacote Office (especialmente Excel e PowerPoint);

• Previsão de Formatura a partir de Dez/2027;

• Disponibilidade para estagiar de segunda a sexta-feira das 9h às 16h no formato híbrido, dois presenciais, em nosso escritório localizado em Santana de Parnaíba;

• Inglês intermediário/avançado para escrita e leitura.
