The team you will be a part of

The PLO area is responsible for the management and development of projects in the company.

Your responsibilities will include

• Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements
• Manages cross-functional teams through the global development phase and/or regional execution projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation (maybe a regional execution)
• Influences cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition of projects to business owners
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, dependencies, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on project scope and objectives
• Presents project status with recommendations to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Embraces opportunities to reduce complexity and inherent risk
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis including management of project risks. Develops plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Manages tradeoffs to ensure optimal results are achieved
• Takes ownership of project delivery results through the influence and leadership of team members/leaders

Minimum requirements

Advanced English: the Intern will have contact with the language in terms of communication, reading and writing.
