Our award-winning client is seeking an Estates Planning Paralegal to join their team. Our firm is seeking a qualified estate planning Paralegal to join our growing team in Fountain Valley, CA. In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting attorneys with all aspects of estate planning.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents.
• Conducting client interviews and gathering information.
• Preparing legal correspondence and pleadings.
• Assisting with probate and trust administration.
• Conducting legal research and summarizing findings.
• Ensuring all documents are filed timely and accurately.
• Maintaining client confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an estate planning paralegal
• A strong understanding of estate planning law and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other legal software
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and time management skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
