At ABP, we’re reimagining the future of ports and property. As the UK’s largest ports operator, we own and manage a diverse and strategically important property portfolio across the Humber – one of the UK’s most significant industrial and logistics hubs.
We are now looking for an MRICS-qualified Estates Manager to join our Humber Property Team, playing a key role in managing and enhancing the value of our commercial and industrial estate.
The Role
As Estates Manager, you will provide both operational and strategic estate managementexpertise, supporting the performance and growth of a varied property portfolio. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver strong commercial outcomes while maintaining best-in-class estate management practices.
