
The Estates & Facilities Administrator will support the effective day-to-day operation of the Estates & Facilities function, providing high-quality administrative, operational and customer-facing support across buildings, services and systems.
What you will do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates & Facilities team, ensuring accurate and timely handling of routine activity.
Monitor inspection, servicing and certification dates, ensuring records are current and actions are followed up in a timely manner.
Coordinate contractor visits, site access arrangements and related logistics.
Act as a first point of contact for Estates & Facilities enquiries, providing a professional and responsive service.
What you will bring
Proven administrative experience gained in facilities, property, office management or a similarly fast-paced operational environment.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work accurately to deadlines.
Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
Experience using helpdesk, CAFM or other record-management systems (Desirable).
Experience of supporting compliance, health and safety or contractor administration (Desirable).
