Working with key stakeholders across the business, including Infrastructure and facilities as well as the security functions, you'll develop innovative 2D and 3D designs, support project delivery through BIM and design reviews, and help maintain accurate digital records. You'll also use the latest surveying and laser-scanning technology to capture building and infrastructure data, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fit for the future.Core Duties:Gather project requirements from key stakeholdersCreate 2D and 3D CAD designs and recordsReview designs and support BIM complianceSurvey sites and produce accurate 3D modelsEssential Skills:Experience in AEC (Architectural, Engineering and Construction) environment2D and 3D CAD experience in a general design using packages such as: Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Autodesk RevitProficient in using visualisation software e.g. Lumion, 3DSMax Twin Motion InscapeExperience of contributing and supporting BIM projects and ISO 19650 working practicesThe Digital Estate and Technology Team:As a Estate & Technology CAD Designer you will build skills and knowledge within specialist areas, including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D design. You will be working within a team of 15.
