This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Estate Planning Specialist, Wealth Management based in Canada.
This is a newly created specialist role focused on strengthening estate planning support for high-net-worth wealth management clients across Canada. You will review wills, trusts, insurance policies, and broader estate structures to determine whether they align with each client's goals. The role combines deep technical expertise with clear, client-friendly communication and practical recommendations. You will work closely with advisors, legal professionals, tax specialists, and external partners to help clients address identified gaps. As the first person in this function, you will also design the processes, frameworks, and workflows that define how estate planning support is delivered. The position offers an opportunity to combine established estate-planning expertise with an AI-enabled, forward-looking approach to wealth management.

Our system identifies the top-fitting candidates, and this shortlist is then shared directly with the hiring company.
