UF Resources is a fast-growing company in the estate planning and financial services industry, and we are seeking a highly detail-oriented Estate Planning Document Review Coordinator to join our Bradenton office.

This is a fully on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, document-driven environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination between internal teams and attorneys. You will play a critical role in ensuring our members’ estate plans are accurate, complete, and properly organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Review estate planning documents submitted by network attorneys for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate and organize documentation required for estate plan binders
• Communicate directly with attorneys to obtain missing or corrected documents
• Assist with deed funding by reviewing deeds and related tax documentation
• Track case progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely completion
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep files moving efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with structured processes, checklists, and document review
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in legal, real estate, title, mortgage, insurance, or financial services is a plus, but not required

Location Requirement
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bradenton, FL. Remote work is not available for this role.
