[What the role is]
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to support data-driven decision-making within the department. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring you to analyse large datasets, uncover insights, and communicate findings clearly to the stakeholders. You will also play a key supporting role in the operational and administrative processes that contribute to Group’s seamless operations.
[What you will be working on]
You will perform end-to-end analytical projects, from problem identification to delivering actionable recommendations to support the rejuvenation of HDB towns and estates. This includes analysing complex datasets to uncover strategic insights, as well as developing clear and compelling visualisations for diverse audiences. You will also design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators.
In addition, you will support the Group’s operational requirements through administrative responsibilities, including coordination of returns, preparation of annual budgets, and collaboration with corporate business units to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You may also be involved in stakeholder engagement and outreach activities relating to the redevelopment programme.
[What we are looking for]
You should possess a relevant background in Business/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Psychology or equivalent technical field. It would be an advantage if you possess relevant working experience or a strong knowledge in programming languages such as R and Python, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, SAS Viya or Power BI. Familiarity with data management, relational databases and SQL would be an added advantage.
In addition to a strategic mindset and strong critical thinking skills, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.
We value individuals who are collaborative team players, yet capable of working independently when required. A willingness to take on administrative responsibilities is essential for this role.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1+1-year contract.
