Qualifications/Key Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hospitality or estate management

· Proven experience managing high-performing teams in a high-end service environment

· Formal training in guest services, F&B, or property management is a plus

· Valid driver’s license and eligibility to obtain BVI driver’s license

· First Aid and Food Handling certification (or willingness to obtain)

· Outstanding leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

· Strong organizational and operational planning abilities with meticulous attention to detail

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and discretion

· High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate and meet guest/homeowner needs

· Proven budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control experience

· Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments

· A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive and flexible approach

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage guest complaints with grace
