We believe in the power of brilliant people who care deeply about what they do. When you join Preim, you’re not just joining a company – you’re becoming part of a team that thrives on excellence, innovation, and a shared commitment to making a difference.

We’re looking for an exceptional Estate Manger to join us and help shape the future of residential property management.

What You’ll Do

As an Estate Manager you’ll take the lead in managing a portfolio of high-quality residential estates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a consistently high standard of service. From financial oversight to maintenance coordination and client communication, you'll be responsible for keeping every element of your estates running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance & Delivery: Meet key milestones and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Financial Management: Prepare service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure robust financial control across your portfolio.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance, working with trusted contractors to maintain property standards and resolve issues promptly.

  • Client & Resident Engagement: Lead meetings, maintain clear and professional communication, and build strong relationships with clients, residents, and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring a solid background in residential property management, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage budgets, and solve problems effectively will be key to your success in the role.

Qualifications: A relevant degree is preferred. IRPM (TPI) Part 1 is essential, and RICS accreditation is an advantage. We will support you in gaining any further qualifications.

Experience: Experience in estate or property management. You should be confident in handling budgets, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring financial control across multiple sites.

Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, solid project management ability, and a thorough understanding of current property management legislation

Why Work with Us?

  • Great Team Environment You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team that works hard and has fun along the way.

  • Growth Opportunities We believe in helping our people grow. With extensive training and development, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to advance your career.

  • Competitive Salary & Perks We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and a positive workplace culture where your contributions are valued.

This will be a remote role where you will be required to be based 2-3 days per month in our Peterborough office. Your portfolio will be based in the South East.

About Encore

Managing property as though we live there

Our mission is to make places better and deliver a brilliant residential property management experience. As property professionals, we created Encore in 2004 following our own experience of receiving poor management and the difficulty of finding a managing agent with the right aptitude and attitude. We chose the name Encore because it symbolises a great performance - which is what we strive to deliver. From the beginning we've adopted the philosophy of ‘taking care of your property as though we live there'.

Professional service through a proactive approach

Our approach is based on the following principles:

- Quality people with time to manage

- Operational structure and rigour

- Well-honed systems that work

- Maintenance and compliance under control

- Financial control

- Professionalism and pride

We work WITH you.
