Job Description

The Estate Manager for an International School is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative and operational functions to support the institution's development and day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, manage day-to-day administrative functions, new projects, and maintenance across the campus, ensuring smooth workflows in collaboration with the civil team, design team, and LPA team to monitor progress and submit detailed reports.

2. Ensure and manage all the inventory, procurement and vendor relationships for Supplies and Services.

3. Assists in budget preparation, Monitoring and controlling the administrative expenses and work with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices.

4. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, government regulations, Licensing, FSSAI and AMCs and accreditation standards.

5. Ensure documentation for PYP (Primary Years Programme), IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme), International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) authorization process and accreditation.

6. Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from internal and external stakeholders, government agencies, contractors, and consultants involved in the school’s development, acting as a point of contact for external collaborations.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

2. 15+ years of administrative experience, preferably managing multiple locations in an institution or similar setting.

3. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with administrative management tools.

4. Strategic planning and decision-making to enhance administrative operations.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.
