The Role

As Estate Management Assistant, you'll report to the Estate Manager and share responsibility for the day-to-day care of our clients' estates. You'll help supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance and repairs. Making sure each property is presented to the highest standard at all times. You'll also be the first point of contact for every contractor and service provider who comes through the gates.

What you'll do

• Property management: Oversee daily estate operations, including housekeeping, groundskeeping and facilities
• Maintenance and repairs: Coordinate routine upkeep and repairs so the estate always stays in top condition
• Vendors and contractors: Serve as the main contact for service providers. You'll gather quotes, schedule and oversee work, and collect I-9s, NDAs and other required paperwork.
• Events: Help plan and run private events and gatherings for high-profile clients and guests
• Budget: Manage the estate's operating budget, track expenses and report on spending
• Admin and logistics: Handle scheduling, correspondence and household inventory

What you bring

• Experience in estate management, private residences, luxury hospitality or property management.
• Confidence supervising contractors and household staff.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Absolute discretion. Our clients' privacy is everything.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass an extensive background check.

Nice to have

• Experience working with high-net-worth or high-profile households.
• Familiarity with smart-home and security systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
