Responsável por apoiar a equipe nas rotinas operacionais e administrativas, contribuindo para a qualidade do atendimento aos clientes KN. As atividades incluem acompanhamento de processos, atualização de sistemas, organização de documentos, suporte no onboarding de clientes e monitoramento de contas. A posição tem foco em aprendizado e desenvolvimento, oferecendo contato direto com processos de atendimento e logística internacional.
Acompanhar embarques e atualizar informações para clientes e áreas internas;
Auxiliar na manutenção de dados, elaboração de relatórios e atualização de sistemas internos;
Dar suporte ao onboarding de clientes e ao monitoramento de processos operacionais;
Colaborar no tratamento de solicitações, ocorrências e demandas administrativas;
Contribuir para a organização das rotinas, apoiando iniciativas de melhoria contínua e desenvolvimento dos processos.
