Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) proativo(a), organizado(a) e com boa capacidade analítica para atuar na área de atendimento ao cliente nível 2, com foco em clientes B2B. O(a) candidato(a) terá a oportunidade de desenvolver habilidades práticas no suporte a demandas de maior complexidade, interface com áreas internas e uso de sistemas de gestão, além de aprimorar conhecimentos em processos de atendimento corporativo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar o atendimento de clientes B2B, atuando em demandas de nível 2;
  • Analisar e tratar solicitações mais complexas, garantindo acompanhamento e resolução adequada;
  • Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar chamados e atendimentos nos sistemas da empresa;
  • Atuar na interface com áreas internas (logística, financeiro, comercial, entre outras) para solução de demandas;
  • Auxiliar na resolução de dúvidas, inconsistências e problemas relacionados a produtos, serviços e processos;
  • Apoiar na elaboração de controles, relatórios e indicadores de atendimento.

Requisitos:

  • Familiaridade com uso de planilhas e sistemas de atendimento/ERP;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office, com Excel em nível básico a intermediário;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com foco em atendimento a clientes corporativos;
  • Capacidade de análise, organização e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Proatividade, senso de responsabilidade e vontade de aprender;
  • Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Logística, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia (inclusive acadêmica ou estágio) em atendimento ao cliente B2B ou suporte nível 2;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de tickets, CRM ou ferramentas de atendimento;
  • Facilidade com análise de dados, indicadores de atendimento e relatórios gerenciais.
