12‑month maternity cover (or until the substantive post holder returns, if sooner)
Location: County Hall, Preston (Hybrid – 2 office days per week – Monday and Tuesday)
Salary: Grade 7 — £32,061 to £36,363
Hours: 37 per week

About the Role
We are recruiting a temporary Establishment Operation Officer to join our high‑performing team within People Services. You will help maintain and update our organisational structures within Oracle Fusion, support restructures and TUPE activity, deliver key data cleansing and other changes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update positions, hierarchies, jobs, locations and departments in Fusion
Support end‑to‑end restructures, redesigns and TUPE processes
Provide clear guidance to managers on establishment governance and processes
Analyse and correct establishment and hierarchy data
Work collaboratively with People Business Partners, and other colleagues across the organisation.
Support and help deliver mandatory establishment briefing sessions for all managers
What You Will Need
Strong Excel and general IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confidence working with data and systems
Good interpersonal, oral and communication skills
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Excellent teamwork skills
