About the location:

Occupying the top floors of a landmark 39-floor tower, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi seamlessly blends modern high-style design with classical Japanese elements. From tasteful event venues to dynamic dining and drinking spaces, the Hotel offers a unique experience that is distinctively Four Seasons. The Hotel boasts a prime location above Otemachi Station in Tokyo's prominent financial district, right next to the Imperial Palace. The SPA is a tranquil sky-high sanctuary, complete with water features: vitality pools, mist chairs, and traditional Japanese ofuro baths. Dining options range from est, a Michelin-starred contemporary French restaurant, to PIGNETO, which serves authentic Italian cuisine with an al fresco terrace.   • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. ゲストのニーズを予測し、ゲストの問い合わせ、または問題に応対する。。

Product Functions

  • Describe the selection of Food & Beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item’s, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain food & menu knowledge for items offered in the F&B Outlet; communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the chef and bartender using the Hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; Serve the guests in a timely manner. 食事・ドリンクメニューをゲストに説明する。各商品の原産地、味、提供方法を興味をそそるよう活き活きと説明する。レストランで提供する料飲の知識を維持する。特別なニーズやリクエストを含めて、ゲストの注文をPOSシステムを使ってシェフ、バーテンダーに伝える。準備のできた注文内容とゲストの注文が合っていることを確認する。適切なタイミングでゲストにサービスをする。
  • Following FS standards. /FSスタンダードの遵守
  • Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables and drink stations. テーブル、ドリンクステーションの片付け、清掃、セットアップを行う。
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager. / その他アウトレットマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。

Profit Functions/

  • Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items. 適切かつ正確にゲストの会計をする。現金およびクレジットカード支払いの処理、Voidしたチェック、無料サービス品の適切な決済処理。
  • Be mindful of spoilages. /腐敗に注意する。

What you bring:

High School education or equivalent experience/高校卒業もしくは同程度

Preferably two years F&B service or related work. F&Bサービス、または関連職務の2年の経験を有することが望ましい。
