Data Analysis: Utilize actionable insights from competitor benchmarking and market trends to drive strategic business decisions.
Product Improvement: Collaborate with design teams to enhance the user journey and verify new product features for peak performance.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Ensure full regulatory adherence, manage relationships with external providers (odds, data, integrity), and act as the subject matter expert in all cross-departmental discussions.
Customer Engagement & Promotions: Drive customer acquisition and retention by designing bespoke markets, managing special offerings, and collaborating with CRM and Marketing teams.
