Estamos buscando un talentoso Especialista Médico para unirse a nuestro equipo, especializándose en el área de seguridad y salud para Atmus Filtration Technologies, S.L.P.
Descripción general del puesto: Posición enfocada en los procesos preventivos de salud en el trabajo, lidera un equipo de personal enfocada en la atención inicial y desarrolla campañas preventivas en salud.
-Desarrollar estrategias con base a las necesidades del sitio en prevención de enfermedades laborales.
-Liderar al equipo de enfermería asegurando la correcta atención del personal de la planta.
-Asegurar el correcto llenado de formatos y registros.
-Realizar valoraciones medicas de ingreso como periódicas y de retorno al trabajo.
-Participar en programas de salud ocupacional, prevención de enfermedades y promoción de la salud.
-Asegurar el cumplimiento del marco legal.
-Colaboración con el equipo de RH, HSE, y otras áreas en la atención y prevención de riesgos laborales.
-Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años en el puesto.
-Escolaridad: Lic. Medicina general.
-Inglés: Intermedio
-Microsoft office: intermedio
