Objetivo del puesto
Supervisar y coordinar todos los aspectos de higiene en la planta, asegurando de manera consistente la manufactura de productos que cumplan con los requisitos de inocuidad, calidad y normativos, mediante la correcta ejecución de buenas prácticas por parte de todo el personal.
