Formación académica: Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 año de experiencia en roles dentro de procesos de producción, liderando equipos operativos.
Objetivo del puesto
Garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de producción semanal en las líneas asignadas, asegurando la calidad del producto, el apego a estándares operativos, la seguridad del personal y la eliminación de pérdidas mediante la aplicación del modelo NCE y herramientas TPM. Desarrollar competencias en los operadores y mantener la continuidad operativa a través de una adecuada gestión del desempeño y de los recursos.
