documentación del SGI (procedimientos, instructivos,
registros, etc.).
Mantener actualizadas las matrices de cumplimiento legal ambiental,
energético y de seguridad y salud (DOF), revisar normativa vigente y
verificar el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y corporativos mediante la
implementación de controles operacionales.
Planear, ejecutar y dar seguimiento a auditorías internas y externas
(incluidas auditorías LPA), así como coordinar la atención a hallazgos y
acciones correctivas derivadas de procesos de inspección.
Impartir inducciones a personal de nuevo ingreso, entrenamientos
mensuales, cursos para contratistas y dar seguimiento al plan anual de
capacitación del área MASS.
Asegurar que las actividades propias se realicen conforme al
reglamento interior de trabajo, código de conducta y demás
lineamientos corporativos.
Controlar y vigilar el cumplimiento de uso/implementación de formatos,
procedimientos y lineamientos corporativos y legales en materia de
seguridad, salud, medio ambiente y gestión energética
Coordinar la actualización mensual de la matriz de capacitación y
registro de exámenes.
Participar como brigadista y líder en simulacros de emergencia, y
colaborar activamente en el sistema de atención y respuesta ante
emergencias.
Desarrollar y difundir material visual, infografías y mensajes
corporativos (como I Care message) para fomentar la concientización y
promover una cultura organizacional de seguridad, cuidado del medio
Programar, coordinar y revisar estudios especializados del área MASS.
