Descripción general

• Lidera el equipo multifuncional de compras de proyectos para la unidad de negocio.
• Actúa como principal enlace entre desarrollo, producción y logística.
• Garantiza la transparencia de los KPI y de los costos.
• Prioriza las necesidades de abastecimiento de la unidad de negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

• Coordina esfuerzos para resolver problemas complejos y responde a las necesidades específicas de los clientes.
• Ejecución y supervisión de proyectos PEP y RPP.
• Representación de compras en proyectos de reestructuración, reubicación y localización.
• Aprobaciones técnicas de proveedores y componentes.
• Aseguramiento de la calidad para nuevos abastecimientos y reubicaciones.
• Supervisión hasta la entrega del SOP.
• Responsabilidad de la gestión de cambios de ECR.
• Cumplimiento de las normas C-TPAT y AEO.

Autoridad

El puesto es responsable de la liberación eficiente de piezas compradas en la región y de la coordinación del equipo multifuncional para resolver problemas complejos.

Qualifications

Formación y certificaciones requeridas

• SQM, APQP y herramientas básicas.
• Formación en negociación y liderazgo.
• Gestión de proyectos y gestión del cambio.
• Inglés avanzado (TOEFL ≥ 7).
