Job Description

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily moderation of all messages on the message boards, chat rooms and/or messaging applications. Checking for inappropriate content and modifying and/or deleting messages that are in breach of the moderation guidelines.

Principales funciones:

  • Gestión y administración de herramienta de SocialListeningdefiniday de otras plataformas de escucha, categorización ysentimentalización

  • Responsable principal del servicio SAC en redes sociales, velando por su correcta operación y gestión reputacional.

  • Monitoreo en tiempo real de menciones y conversaciones relevantes.

  • Análisis de sentimiento y evaluación de riesgos reputacionales.

  • Activación de alertas y escalamiento de casos críticos.

  • Apoyo a la gestión de contingencias y coordinación con SAC.
