Especialista de Planificación de Red TI

¿Cuál será tu misión?

🔹 Diseñar, planificar y optimizar la infraestructura de redes de la organización.
🔹 Garantizar conectividad segura, escalable y de alta disponibilidad.
🔹 Liderar iniciativas de evolución tecnológica en entornos físicos, virtualizados y de nube.
🔹 Participar en proyectos estratégicos de expansión, modernización y transformación digital.

Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en:

✅ Diseño y administración de redes LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN y SD-WAN.
✅ Routing, Switching, Firewalls y Balanceadores.
✅ Infraestructura Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, Check Point y VMware NSX.
✅ Cloud y virtualización (AWS, Azure, VMware, OpenStack).
✅ Protocolos de red (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
✅ Automatización con Python o scripting.
✅ Monitoreo de infraestructura (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG).
✅ Implementación de soluciones de alta disponibilidad y recuperación ante desastres.

Perfil que buscamos:

🎓 Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Computación, Sistemas, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.
📜 Certificación CCNA y JNCIA (certificaciones adicionales serán altamente valoradas).
💼 Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en diseño, planificación y administración de infraestructura de redes.
📍 Residir en Managua o Masaya.
🚗 Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para actividades en Data Center y atención de ventanas de mantenimiento cuando sea requerido.
