Auditar los reportes avances del contratista de montaje electromecánico y comunicar oportunamente las restricciones y desviación del cronograma.
Hacer un seguimiento en campo y validar los trabajos completados y pendientes.
Acompañar en el reporte por turno del avance del cambio de chancadora, actualizar el cronograma de parada, analizar las desviaciones, proponer planes de acciones para cumplir con los hitos del cronograma para la puesta en marcha de la chancadora
Elaborar y presentar el cronograma as built del proyecto, elaborar el cronograma as built de la parada, emitir una presentación de las lecciones aprendidas en conjunto con la contratista responsable del montaje electromecánico y supervisión
