O profissional participará do monitoramento, gestão de alertas, resolução de incidentes, análise técnica, implementação de melhorias operacionais e suporte a infraestruturas Cloud e Middleware em um ambiente global 24x7.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS
Gestão de Alertas e Incidentes
Monitorar e gerenciar alertas de plataformas Cloud, Middleware, APIs e Contêineres.
Realizar análise inicial e troubleshooting de incidentes.
Resolver incidentes dentro dos SLAs e OLAs estabelecidos.
Escalar problemas complexos para as equipes correspondentes.
Documentar ações realizadas e manter registros operacionais atualizados.
Administrar e dar suporte a ambientes AWS e Azure.
Supervisionar a saúde e disponibilidade dos serviços cloud.
Executar procedimentos operacionais e mudanças padrão.
Participar de iniciativas de otimização e melhoria contínua.
Administrar e dar suporte a plataformas middleware e servidores de aplicação.
Realizar atividades de manutenção, configuração e monitoramento.
Diagnosticar e resolver problemas de disponibilidade e desempenho.
Gerenciar ambientes produtivos e não produtivos.
Operar e monitorar plataformas de gestão de APIs.
Analisar incidentes relacionados a integrações e serviços API.
Garantir a disponibilidade e desempenho das plataformas de integração.
Monitorar e dar suporte a plataformas Kubernetes e OpenShift.
Analisar eventos, alertas e incidentes de aplicações conteinerizadas.
Colaborar em atividades de operação e melhoria de plataformas cloud-native.
