This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Especialista de Excelência Empresarial Remoto | Processos e ERP SAP (FI/CO) based in Brazil.
This role is designed for a senior SAP FI/CO specialist who will act as a key driver of financial process excellence and ERP governance within a complex enterprise environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, standardization, and continuous evolution of SAP processes, with a strong focus on S/4HANA environments.
The position requires a strategic bridge between business and technology, translating financial requirements into scalable system solutions.
You will work closely with finance teams, key users, and technical specialists to ensure accurate and efficient ERP operations.
A strong emphasis is placed on governance, documentation quality, and end-to-end process optimization across financial cycles.
You will also play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities and supporting critical financial operations such as closing cycles and integrations.
This is a highly analytical and consultative role with direct impact on financial efficiency and enterprise-wide process reliability.
Accountabilities:
- Act as the main reference point for SAP FI/CO governance, ensuring correct configuration, adherence to business rules, and system integrity across the ERP ecosystem.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical SAP solutions, ensuring alignment between finance teams and IT.
- Maintain and improve SAP documentation, including functional specifications, process mappings, and configuration records to ensure governance and traceability.
- Design and execute complex test scenarios, supporting end-to-end UAT cycles with key users and ensuring solution quality before production release.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and fixed assets.
- Support integration between SAP FI/CO and other modules (MM, SD), ensuring seamless financial data flow across enterprise systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO, including deep knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Fiori navigation.
- Proven experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS) with high technical detail.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including AP/AR, treasury, cash flow, general ledger, and fixed assets.
- Experience with SAP integration across MM and SD modules, ensuring consistent financial and operational data flows.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into system configurations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Nice to have: SAP certifications (FI/CO), knowledge of Brazilian tax and compliance frameworks, BI tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau), Agile methodologies, and advanced English.
