Es responsable de liderar proyectos estratégicos y de mejora continua dentro del área, asegurando la optimización de procesos, la estandarización de métodos de trabajo y la correcta operación de sistemas como SAP/WMS. Actúa como experto técnico, soporte clave en auditorías, análisis de datos e implementación de nuevas tecnologías o prácticas logísticas. Enfocándose en fortalecer la confiabilidad del inventario, mejorar el flujo de materiales, garantizar el cumplimiento de normas y sistemas de gestión (ISO, CTPAT, BPS/Lean) y desarrollar soluciones que incrementen la eficiencia, seguridad y calidad del almacén. También coordina iniciativas transversales con Producción, Calidad, Logística, Compras e Ingeniería para asegurar procesos robustos y alineados con los objetivos de planta.
Liderar proyectos estratégicos del área de almacén enfocados en optimización de procesos, costos, tiempos, layout, eficiencia y automatización. • Diseñar, documentar y actualizar procesos logísticos, estandarizaciones y mejores prácticas del área. • Coordinar actividades de mejora Lean/BPS, Kaizen, 5S, reducción de desperdicio y mejora de indicadores.
Administrar la integridad de la información en SAP, WMS o ERP, asegurando exactitud de inventarios y trazabilidad. • Realizar configuraciones, validaciones, análisis de datos y pruebas funcionales relacionadas con proyectos o nuevos procesos. • Controlar y analizar KPIs avanzados del área; generar reportes, tendencias y recomendaciones estratégicas. • Monitorear transacciones críticas: LL01 (Warehouse Monitor) o COGI (Errores de consumo) o Flujo de material, picking, recepciones y transferencias • Validar y ejecutar pruebas técnicas ante cambios en SAP, nuevos procesos o mejoras. • Gestionar el budget de OPEX y proyección de gastos de almacén.
3.- Diseño, implementación y mejora de procesos logísticos
Analizar y rediseñar flujos de trabajo en recibo, almacenamiento, surtido, abastecimiento y embarques. • Evaluar y mejorar rutas internas, métodos de manejo de materiales, distribución de espacios y uso de equipos. • Apoyar en implementación de nuevas tecnologías: AGVs, RFID, automatización, herramientas digitales, etc. • Diseño y mantenimiento de auditorías por capas LPC.
