This role combines commercial expertise, financial analysis, and relationship management to drive the performance of a large franchise network.
You will act as a trusted financial consultant for franchisees across the South and Southeast regions, helping them improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
The position focuses on Customer Success, ensuring that financial solutions are effectively adopted and generate measurable value across the ecosystem.
You will use KPIs and financial indicators to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and build actionable plans for different business scenarios.
The role also serves as an important bridge between the field and internal Product and Technology teams, bringing customer insights into the evolution of financial solutions.
Success requires strong commercial judgment, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, and the ability to turn strategic plans into execution.
