One of America's largest retailers is seeking a growth-oriented ESP Sales Supervisor to join their premier in-house Center team. Be a part of a nationwide contact center focused on customer service and sales initiatives!
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a dynamic team of 15-20 salespeople, steering them towards achieving goals set by senior management.
Motivate the team to explore new deals, identify prospects, and effectively engage with clients.
Mentor, coach, and train the team to enhance their effectiveness as sales professionals, aiming to surpass departmental KPI goals.
Innovate and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs targeting key demographics.
Develop and impart comprehensive training to agents on effective sales pipeline management.
Cultivate positive team morale through transparent communication, engaging contests, and constructive issue resolution.
Provide inspiring sales and professional leadership, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
Collaborate with management to refine strategies and procedures that benefit both employees and customers.
Assist in promoting internal business channels, such as Lead Generation, for sustained growth.
Actively participate in identifying additional sales opportunities to maximize team performance.
Engage with customers as needed, delivering professional and excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
Property & Casualty Licensed or ability to acquire a Property & Casualty License
Minimum 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience in the Insurance Field
Preferred track record of superior performance metrics
Strong negotiation skills
Effective decision-making abilities
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
High proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and Salesforce
