Your Mission as an ESP Sales Account Manager:

As an ESP Sales Account Manager, your primary role will be to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large customers. You'll be assigned to customers where you are responsible for achieving sales quotas and strategic account objectives.

You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as ESP Sales Account Manager:

  • Prepare invoicing for direct sales, repairs, and field service, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Manage procurement processes, including preparation of parts lists and processing purchase requests and orders.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups, enhance sales, and explore new business opportunities.
  • Oversee quality and safety management by coordinating monthly safety meetings, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as ESP Sales Account Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • At least 7 years of general experience, with 4 years in a related role within the oil & gas service industry especially Electrical submersible pumps
  • Proficiency in tendering, RFQ replies, offer preparation, and CRM.
  • Excellent sales, communication, problem-solving skills, and client management abilities.
  • Experience in international service companies is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Work Type: Office-based, Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Locations: Tripoli, Libya
