1.Responsible for the full-process operation and implementation of online equity options, including system selection, launch, and operation & maintenance, to improve efficiency and user experience.
2.Combine the characteristics of the large model industry to optimize incentive strategies and design differentiated schemes.
3.Conduct ESOP policy promotion and Q&A sessions to enhance employees' understanding and sense of participation.
4.Undertake daily ESOP operations, including grant review, vesting tracking, exercise processing, etc.
5.Monitor industry policy trends, optimize schemes and processes, and provide decision support.
6.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to promote ESOP implementation and resolve implementation issues.
岗位职责:
1、负责期权线上化全流程落地运营,含系统选型、上线运维,提升效率与体验;
2、结合大模型行业特点,优化激励策略,设计差异化方案;
3、开展ESOP政策宣讲答疑,提升员工认知与参与感;
4、负责ESOP日常运营,含授予审核、归属跟踪、行权办理等;
5、跟踪行业政策动态,优化方案流程,提供决策支持;
6、协同跨部门推进ESOP落地,解决实施问题。
QualificationsJob Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Human Resources, Finance, Law, and other related fields.
2.Experience in ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) establishment, including scheme design and option pool planning, to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and compliant incentives.
2.Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the full-process 0-1 online implementation of stock options.
3.Priority given to those with human resources experience in the large model/AI industry and an understanding of the talent incentive needs in this sector.
4.Familiar with ESOP-related laws and regulations, startup operations, and mainstream online ESOP systems; capable of independently implementing ESOP schemes.
5.Possess abilities in logical analysis, problem-solving, and compliance & risk control; be rigorous and responsible.
6.Have excellent communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上,人力、财务、法学等相关专业优先;
2、有ESOP搭建经验,含方案设计、期权池规划,确保贴合战略、合规激励,有0-1期权线上化全流程经验优先;
3、大模型/AI行业人力经验优先,理解行业人才激励需求;
4、熟悉ESOP法律法规,熟悉创业公司运作,熟悉主流ESOP线上系统,可独立落地方案;
5、具备逻辑分析、问题解决及合规风控能力,严谨负责;
6、具备优秀沟通协调及跨部门协作能力。 Apply
