Job Description

ESG & Sustainability Reporting Manager | GRI, ISSB, Non‑Financial Reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the Zone roadmap for Non-Financial Reporting, covering mandatory regulatory and voluntary/B2B reports.

  • Translate global sustainability guidelines into clear, market-ready reporting requirements.

  • Extract and consolidate relevant reporting materials, including KPI guidelines, templates, tools, and policies.

  • Prepare initial draft sustainability reports aligned with global content, standards, and timelines.

  • Integrate local market disclosures and narratives, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

  • Support Markets during local assurance processes in collaboration with Finance and Legal teams.

  • Liaise with Global Sustainability Reporting teams to secure alignment, feedback resolution, and approvals.

  • Identify, manage, and escalate reporting risks in line with established governance.

Qualifications & Competencies

Sustainability & Reporting Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of sustainability and ESG concepts within a corporate or multinational environment.

  • Experience with Non-Financial Reporting and sustainability disclosures.

  • Familiarity with global frameworks such as GRI, ISSB / IFRS Sustainability Standards, and TCFD.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong written communication and sustainability report-writing skills.

  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and structured narratives.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across markets, functions, and global teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Ability to act as a central point of contact for reporting and assurance topics.

  • Demonstrated leadership in driving reporting improvements and consistency.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and geographies.

Project Management

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting streams simultaneously.

  • Experience tracking deliverables, follow-ups, and mitigation actions.

  • Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Climate Risk & Modeling Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Markets to collect data for market-specific climate modelling, including P&L and revenue projections by product category.

  • Extract and consolidate market-specific inputs from global datasets, including PPE, raw material sourcing, dependencies, and GHG emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3).

  • Develop, maintain, and update climate risk and scenario models.

  • Translate modelling outputs into actionable insights to support market disclosures.

  • Act as a point of contact for assurance on climate-related data and assumptions.

  • Support the development of mitigation and adaptation strategies.

  • Track and follow up on the delivery of defined mitigation and adaptation actions.

Qualifications & Competencies

Climate & Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of climate risk assessment methodologies.

  • Experience with climate modelling and scenario analysis.

  • Knowledge of GHG emissions and sustainability practices.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and deep-dive modelling results.

  • Ability to translate complex outputs into clear, actionable insights.

  • Capability to support the creation of mitigation and adaptation strategies.

Framework Knowledge

  • Familiarity with climate-related disclosure frameworks such as TCFD and ISSB.

Communication & Leadership

  • Strong collaboration skills to engage with markets and stakeholders.

  • Ability to act as a central point of contact for assurance.

  • Leadership capability to drive initiatives that enhance climate resilience and sustainability.

Project Management

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Experience following up on the delivery of defined mitigation and adaptation strategies.
