Job Summary

Tetra Pak Group Financial Control & Finance Operations is strengthening its ESG Reporting and Governance capabilities to meet the increasing complexity of regulatory sustainability frameworks. We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical ESG Reporting Senior Analyst to support the integration of ESG regulatory requirements, peer benchmarking insights, and best practices into a coherent reporting framework processes.

In this role, you will ensure the organization stays ahead of evolving ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, TCFD) while translating these into actionable business practices. You will connect external expectations with internal capabilities by embedding ESG insights into strategy and business risk management (BRRM), enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

What you will do

  • Monitor and interpret evolving ESG global legislation (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, TCFD and other jurisdictional standards) and assess their impact on the organization
  • Lead and conduct ESG peer benchmarking and competitive analysis to evaluate performance positioning and identify improvement opportunities to help strengthen the organization's ESG reporting maturity and performance.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ESG reporting processes, frameworks, controls, and operational capabilities to support high-quality sustainability disclosures.
  • Collaborate with Business Risk & Resilience Management (BRRM) to align ESG insights with enterprise risk frameworks
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across Finance, Sustainability, Communication, Legal, and strategy functions to ensure alignment and execution
  • Develop reporting, analysis, and recommendations that translate complex ESG requirements into actionable business practices.

We believe you have

  • University degree in Legal, Sustainability, Finance, MBA or a related field
  • Strong experience in ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, or non-financial controlling
  • Solid understanding of ESG regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, IFRS)
  • Proven ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business actions
  • Experience in ESG benchmarking, data analysis, and performance assessment
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and integration of ESG into enterprise risk processes
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills and experience working in Agile projects, with a structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Great energy and positive attitude towards work-related activities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
