Your Key Accountabilities

We are looking for an ESG Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day management of sustainability data and reporting processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate ESG data flows, supporting reporting activities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will:

  • Support the daily management of ESG data, ensuring data quality and consistency;
  • Contribute to ESG reporting activities, including sustainability disclosures and the annual report;
  • Support preparation of materials for audits and external reviews;
  • Identify and work closely with internal stakeholders across functions to gather required ESG information;
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as auditors and rating agencies;
  • Participate in feedback cycles to improve data quality and reporting processes;
  • Support responses to ESG-related questionnaires from customers;
  • Contribute to both site-specific and global ESG performance inquiries;
  • Assist with data research, benchmarking, and regulatory requirements;
  • Support process improvements and the rollout of ESG initiatives.
Who we are looking for

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, understands business processes, and wants to build expertise in ESG and sustainability reporting. You should bring:

  • First professional experiences in fields such as: environmental studies, business management, data-related fields and similar;
  • English (required), additional languages are a plus;
  • Strong Excel skills (required) with Power BI or similar tools (nice to have);
  • Strong interest in data and sustainability topics;
  • Good understanding of data management and business processes;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured datasets;
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing information flows;
  • Proactive, organized, and able to meet recurring deadlines;
  • Energetic and team player mindset.
